Mental health and spirituality are linked and greatly impact each other. Mental health concerns a person's psychological well-being and state of mind, while spirituality relates to their quest for purpose, meaning, and connection with something beyond themselves.
Spiritism can be a helpful tool for individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, as it can provide support, resources, and ideas for overall well-being.
It is possible to achieve a holistic approach to mental health and well-being by combining Spiritism with evidence-based treatments. This talk will discuss spirituality, Spiritism and how they can help individuals facing today's mental health challenges.
